Verjus

Verjus is made from the juice of grapes picked before they are fully ripened, giving a fresh, fruity zestiness to your meals.

Use as a gentler alternative to lemon juice or vinegar or for deglazing a pan.  It is also great mixed with soda water for a crisp, refreshing summer drink or as a mixer in your next cocktail.

No added sulphites.
