To ensure the highest possible quality of our product, Lentara Grove is required to meet or exceed the very rigorous and exacting Australian Standard for Extra Virgin Olive Oil (one of the highest standards in the world).
I'm pleased to announce that our 2016 Extra Virgin Olive Oils have well and truly exceeded the standard in every way, as can be seen from the charts below:
What does all of this mean? Well, all Extra Virgin Olive Oils will have some amount of Free Fatty Acids, UV and peroxide, by virtue of being olive oil, however the lower these amounts are, the better for the oil and for you.
The numbers alone aren't enough to make an oil great though - it also has to have a fantastic taste that makes you want to come back for more. Without wanting to sound too biased, our oils well and truly deliver in the taste department too - but don't just take our word for it.
