This oil is infused with Pepper Berry, a fruit that is endemic to Tasmania's rainforests and mountains.  The Pepper Berry adds an amazing pepperykick to a dish and a unique juniper-like flavour.  It pairs really well with red meat dishes.

Our grove is located in Tasmania's beautiful Tamar Valley - the pristine air, water and soils here combine to make our olive trees amazingly happy and healthy, ensuring that the products you buy are the best that they can be.
